Description

Crittergal Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit animal rescue effort in rural southern Illinois. They rescue animals weekly from the county pound and the community, board them since they do not yet have a shelter, pay for all their veterinary care (vaccines, heartworm tests, spay/neuter), and then arrange for their placement with Chicagoland shelters where there chance of adoption is far greater. They also participate in a weekly transport of their rescue animals as well as others groups up to the Chicagoland area. They continually sponsor spay/neutering as well as other veterinary care and provide food to low income families that otherwise wouldn‘t be able to keep their pets. Donations are fully tax-deductible and 100% of every dollar donated goes directly to rescue efforts. (Tax ID #26-4568224)
