Description

Through our main program, Creating Futures, we provide training and certification opportunities to populations who have historically been under-represented in the information technology workforce, including individuals with disabilities, at-risk youth, military personnel and spouses.

The CompTIA Educational Foundation uses research to determine emerging skills that individuals must possess to work on the latest technologies. This helps the Foundation develop programs that produce properly skilled workers for the latest, in-demand IT jobs. Our leading program, Creating Futures, is different than any other training program because we work with employers to find needs, and then train individuals to fit those needs. In this way, individuals can overcome barriers to employment, and employers can build a productive and diverse workforce.
