A death in the family can be devastating, especially for children. The Cove’s mission is to "Provide Hope and Healing for Grieving Children" throughout Connecticut so they can begin to heal from the loss of a loved one through death. We bring children together with others who are grieving to help them form relationships and express their emotions.
And through community outreach, professional training, consultation and referral, The Cove creates even more safe harbors for grieving children so that whenever and wherever they trip into their grief, someone is there to hold them.
