Description
COVA is a 24-year-old private, non-profit organization specializing in vocational rehabilitation services for people with mental illnesses and other disabilities that pose a barrier to employment. COVA provides a complete range of career development services – from programs and support for those who are considering entering or re-entering the workforce, to career exploration and training, and career advancement.
As a resource for employers to manage people with mental illnesses, we provide assistance with disability management, return to work programs, and employee recruitment.
COVA is Central Ohio’s leader in vocational rehabilitation, serving more than 2,600 participants annually and working with approximately 200 employers. COVA is located at 3770 N. High Street, Columbus, OH 43214.
