Description
Countryside Association is a 55 year old, community based, non-profit organization that offers support services to adults and children with disabilities and their families residing in northern Cook and Lake County, Illinois. Today more than 300 adults participate in paid work activities using a variety of program models including: sheltered work programs, group enclaves, mobile work crews and individual community jobs. In addition, more than 300 families recieve in-home respite and support services from our family services program.
