The mission of CDCHC is to improve the health of our community by providing high quality, caring, culturally appropriate primary health care that addresses the needs of people regardless of their ability to pay.
CDCHC has a 40 year history of providing comprehensive primary and preventive healthcare services to everyone regardless of financial circumstances or insurance status.
In 2010 we treated 14,353 patients =64,694 visits at two accredited clinic sites and with support programs.targeted at obstetrical patients, HIV+ patients, patients with chronic illnesses such as diabetes, homeless families.
670% percent of our patients have no health insurance and 67% live at or below the federal poverty line..
