The Count Basie Theatre Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit foundation supporting the fundraising efforts of the historic Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank, NJ. The primary mission of the Count Basie Theatre is to serve the people of Central New Jersey by providing a vast spectrum of quality entertainment and education programs that reflect and celebrate the diversity of the region; foster an understanding and appreciation of the ennobling power of the performing arts; and create cultural enrichment opportunities for people at all economic levels.
