Description
The Council on Alcoholism and Addictions of the Finger Lakes is designated by New York State as a community-based alcohol and drug abuse prevention agency. The agency was incorporated in 1985, and over these years has delivered over 150,000 prevention activities to youth and parents, professionals, and the general public, in an effort to reduce or prevent drug abuse and addiction in the 5-county central Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York. The "Foundation" is the fundraising arm for the provider agency.
