Description

Council on Aging delivers hot, nutritious meals to homebound seniors, helps isolated seniors keep track of their finances, provides legal services for seniors who need them, matches Friendly Visitors with seniors who are alone, offers case management services to seniors who are at risk for medical or social problems. These services help all seniors remain independent, in Sonoma County, for as long as that is feasible.
