Copper Basin High School is a small, rural school of 315 students grades 7-12 in the southeastern corner of Tennessee. Our 501C3, Copper Basin Rural Community Association, Inc., exists for the purpose of obtaining funding to provide our students some of their needs which are not provided. students. We live in a very socio-economically depressed area where there is no major industry. Our school is located in an isolated section of our county, separated from our county seat and other cities or towns. A large portion of our students are on free or reduced lunch. Hardships exist in basic essentials. Our organization works hard to provide some of these essentials as well as extras for our students.
