Description
Cope Environmental Center (of the Francis Parks Foundation) promotes the sustainable use of the earth's resources through education, demonstration and research. CEC serves schools, teachers, students, community members, and groups everyday in an effort to encourage environmental responsiblity. The 102 acre property is used as an outdoor classroom which engages and inspires participants through diverse habitats, alternative energy deomnstrations, and miles of hiking trails.
