Description

The Family Resource Fund supports people with complex medical needs and severe disabilities who are living in the community, primarily funded through Medicaid home and community based programs. The Coordinating Center provides person and family centered, comprehensive care coordination that addresses all aspects of community includion for the most vulnerable among us, ensuring that individuals with such challenging needs are fully includd in the community, maximizing both health and safety. The fund is co-worker managed, and it provides grants in critical situations, to help families at crucial times in their lives and the lives of their loved oned. Every penny donated is given directly to families, most often to children, for items and services that can't be funded in any other way. The organization does not claim overhead or take any part of donations to this cause.
