Description

CCCS provides Credit and Debt Counseling and Education, HUD-approved Pre-purchase classes and counseling, Mortgage Default and Foreclosure Prevention Counseling and Education, U.S. Trustee approved Bankruptcy Pre-filing counseling and Pre-discharge education. Credit report analysis and counseling.

CCCS is a 501(C)3, Illinois not-for-profit corporation, licensed by the IL Dept of Financial Institutions. CCCS is a United Way of McHenry County agency and is accredited by the Council on Accreditation for children and Family Services. CCCS is a HUD-approved housing counseling agency and is approved by the US Trustee to provide Bankruptcy counseling and education. No one is refused counseling due to inability to pay.
