Description
Connections for Life is a twelve month transitional housing and re-entry program that serves women coming from prison, treatment facilities, battered women’s shelters and other referral agencies. The objective of our program’s services is to empower each woman to achieve economic self-sufficiency, physical well being and emotional healing. Connections exists to serve the needs of this target population by providing resources and supportive and rehabilitative services.
