Description

CONCERN is a private, nonprofit, community-based child welfare agency founded in 1978 to serve abused, neglected, abandoned, and/or delinquent children and youth. The agency has assisted more than 13,000 children and youth in need, including approximately 500 children each and every day.

CONCERN offers services through programs in foster care, counseling, community life skills and delinquency services with offices throughout eastern Pennsylvania and Maryland.
