Computer Placement Unlimited, Inc. (CPU) is a 501 (c) (3) sponsored nonprofit organization that attempts to moderate the negative impacts of tedium, lack of resources, and poverty on the youth of Columbus, Ohio. The organization’s goal is to provide opportunities for the reduction of failure and retention through the provision of needed technology. Supporting the development of self-confidence, technical knowledge, and educational ability, Computer Placement Unlimited, Inc. will provide many individuals with a thorough foundation for future success. Individual empowerment and self-determination are strong components of the organization. Initiated by Crawford Wall, the organization was conceived and organized to address the recreational and educational needs of the youth of the community, to counteract failure, and to assist in the provision of opportunities for self-sufficiency.
