Description
We are a national non-profit organization that provides advocacy, education and research to support families, healthcare professionals and the community during the illness and after the death of a child. We are the "family voice" for pediatric end-of-life care:
-- advocate on behalf of dying children and their families and empower families to self-advocate for compassionate end-of-life care
-- educate heathcare professionals and the community as to how they can help families during and after the loss of a child
-- conduct research that will change policy/ procedures and assist in creating resources related to supportive care for dying hcildren
