Compassion for Animals works to reduce human-caused harm to animals, primarily through educating people on animal-friendly lifestyles and cultivating empathy and respect for the nohumans with whom we share the earth.
Among Compassion for Animals programs are the Worldwide Vegan Bake Sale and "Pay Per View," in which individuals are paid a dollar to watch a short video of factory farm and slaughterhouse footage. More information on both programs can be found at www.compassion4animals.com.
Locally, Compassion for Animals organizes farm sanctuary tours, holds vegan bake sales, tables at festivals and fairs, gives talks at schools, and engages in other forms of peaceful animal advocacy and vegan outreach.
Compasion for Animals is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) charity.
