Description
Compass Ministries is a 501(c)(3) non-profit ministry serving the young people of North Omaha through programs which include: after-school tutoring for elementary school students, Kids Church for ages 4-12, ECKO-a weekly high school student gathering and mentoring activities. A six week Summer Math and Reading club is offered to help students maintain their educational skills over the summer break. Seasonal outreaches include Back(pack) to School and Christmas Stocking projects.
Our Mission Statement: Promising a spiritually based framework for success, Compass works in collaboration with agencies, organizations, schools, business enterprises, parents and churches to equip youth in the Adams Park community with experiences and services essential to their development as indigenous leaders.
