Description

Community Support Services, Inc. is a non-profit charitable organization under Maryland law and Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code providing services and support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities residing within Montgomery County, Maryland. Services delivered to each individual are tailored and are intended both to build networks within the service delivery system and to strengthen relationships among the individual, the family, and members of the community.

CSS currently designs, implements, and monitors customized support services for over 150 individuals, in accordance with each consumer’s preferences and needs, as prescribed in each person’s plan of care. Some of the many services CSS provides are: adult residential; adult supported employment; adult day habilitation; youth residential; family support services, individual support services, and community supported living arrangement; special children’s programs; and “autism waiver.”
