Our mission is to provide high-quality, integrated mental health, addictions, and housing services, focusing on individual strengths and recovery.

CSNW is a Vancouver, WA-based nonprofit mental health center that develops needed, innovative, evidence-based new programs, and works in partnership with other agencies to improve programs and service delivery. We offer a diverse array of integrated, individualized mental health, addiction treatment services.

The Wellness Project, a program of CSNW, is the only free mental health clinic in the region and one of only a few in the country. The Wellness Project provides free mental health counseling and medication management to adults in Clark County who are uninsured or underinsured. Community mental health professionals volunteer their time at The Wellness Project to provide therapy, and it is an active training site for graduate student interns.
