The LIFT (Life Instructions For Teens) Mentoring Program’s mission is to make a positive change in the lives of Oak Park youth in Sacramento, CA by matching them with adult mentors who will assist mentees in developing the skills and attitudes necessary for leading happy, healthy and productive lives.
