Community Partners is a registered 501(c)(3) organization that is the fiscal sponsor of Family Matters @ Work (FM@W). FM@Ws mission is to strengthen the workforce through building stronger families. As a bridge between low wage workers and the community, FM@W offers worksite education on health and family issues (such as prenatal care, parenting skills, health education, eldercare and caregiving) as well as provides resource and referral information for low wage workers to access child care services, health care services and low cost health insurance enrollment information, as well as other services to help them manage their family challenges. From working with day labor centers, public assistance agencies, vocational training programs, and employers, FM@W links workers needing help with agencies offering assistance.
