Description

Community Outreach and Advocacy for Refugees (COAR) is a Tempe-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to mobilize community resources and networks in support of resettled refugees in the Phoenix metropolitan area as they seek to become productive, self-sufficient members of the community. COAR has served over 600 refugees while overseeing 150 volunteers in its programs.
