Description

Serving clients since 1928, CNS is the only freestanding, not-for-profit home health and hospice agency in Utah. CNS serves patients from cradle to grave with a variety of programs including Visiting Nurses Services (home health care services), Community Hospice and Palliative Care (services for patients with a prognosis of six months or less or patients facing a life-threatening illness), Kaleidoscope® Kids (a program for children facing life threatening illness and their family), Home Health Plus (serving unskilled needs, such as homemakers and home health aides), Immunization Program (providing childhood immunizations through the Care-A-Van Program, flu shots and immunizations for travelers), and the CNS Pharmacy (home infusion services for pain management, nutritional needs and drug therapy for infections and other diseases).
