Description

Community Link, chartered as Clinton County Rehabilitation Center, Inc., empowers people with developmental disabilities and families raising kids to "live, learn, work, play"--live as independently as possible, learn and work to their potential, and participate in their communities and community organizations. Community Link services include early intervention for ages 0-3, parenting education, developmental training, job training and a production workshop, supported employment, service-learning opportunities, residential group homes, in-home assistance, respite care, case coordination, and other family supports.
