Description
CIC is a community mental health agency providing services to children and families with the goals of strengthening families and empowering communities. CIC provides services to the community's most vulnerable and at-risk populations. CIC is founded on the beliefs that the surest means of facilitating lasting change in an individual is to impact the system in which he/she lives. By providing therapeutic services that are both home and community driven, there is a greater likelihood of positive, lasting change. Through community collaboration and coalition building, a coordinated system of care can be created to serve and support individuals, children and families. It takes a community to support a family.
