Description

The Community Institute for Career Advancement (CICA) provides quality vocational education programs for individuals who are economically disadvantaged, re-entry population or individuals who have lost their job through the current recession. Programs are designed to provide individuals with the skills necessary to succeed in their chosen fields.
CICA offers:
•Vocational Assessments
•Career Planning
•Employment Preparation
•Specialized Training Courses - in the areas of building services, building trades, black seal boiler operations and commercial driver's license
