Community Housing Innovations, Inc. (CHI) is a not for profit housing and serivces agency. Starting in 1991, CHI's mission is to “provide low and moderate income families and individuals with the housing and human services that enable them to achieve the greatest social and economic independence at the lowest cost to society.” CHI provides housing and homeless services in Westchester, Dutchess, Ulster, Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
