Description
The Community Housing Fund is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization which combines public, private and philanthropic resources to create a new source of capital that will leverage the financing for the construction and rehabilitation of rental and ownership housing targeted to serve people neglected by the mainstream housing market in Washington County, Oregon.
The Fund was incorporated in 2003 as the means through which to create new financial resources to address the findings of the Housing Issues team. As such, it is the only resource of its kind in Washington County addressing affordable housing.
