Description

Community Hospice of Texas provides not for profit hospice care to individuals and support for their family throughout a 25 county area in North Central Texas. Pediatric and adult patients are served in-homes, nursing facilities, hospitals or in our free-standing hospice in-patient facilities which address short-term acute needs.
