Description

The Foundation supports and contributes to patients and familes in North and South Carolina. The Foundation helps meet the needs of individuals with life-limiting conditions and their families through direct assistance and through programs that engage in caring for those in need. Additionally funds are used for end of life community education, for health care scholarships and disease related research. With your support, Community Hospice Foundation can ensure those with life-limiting conditions are able to celebrate every moment of life.
