Description

A health resource for the uninsured and underinsured residents of Calhoun County, Michigan. Our mission is to connect uninsured and underinsured vulnerable individuals to urgent medical care, and basic health, navigation, referral, and advocacy services. We do this through our free walk-in Nursing Clinic, prescription assistance, Dentists' Partnership, basic health services, and State insurance enrollment services.
