Community Health of East Tennesse, Inc. (CHET) formerly REACHS, Inc. - Regional Education And Community Health Services, Inc. is 501(c)3 registered non-profit. REACHS is located in Campbell County Tennessee in the Appalachian Mountains.

CHET – A broad-based regional organization, providing a full complement of quality services, to empower individuals and families to improve their quality of life, regardless of the ability to pay for services, through a dedicated, caring, professional staff.

CHET is a multi-disciplinary community based social service and health provider for Campbell County Tennessee and the surrounding areas: Developmentally Disabled Adults; Domestic Violence Shelter; Parent Education and Divorcing Parents Classes; Low income housing; Community Health Center with full primary care services and Black Lung program.
