Description
The vision of this foundation is to serve the medically underserved by building strong community coalitions with other parts of the medical delivery system and with non-profit community-based organizations serving these populations. Since its inception, CHNCT has supported coalitions between community health centers and non-profit organizations and expanded its commitment to health care services for low-income and uninsured families throughout the state.
