Description

Community Health Management Services, Inc. (CHMS) is an Arizona non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation established in 2005 to support and enhance health care services to low-income, underserved, and uninsured individuals. The CHMS mission is to 1) provide healthcare programs and education directly to low-income, underserved, and uninsured individuals; and 2) provide support services to other non-profit healthcare organizations that require assistance in implementing their healthcare and education programs. For the past two years, CHMS has focused primarily on credentialing and recruiting services, prescription drug education, and assistance, grant-writing, and enhanced business operations for other non-profit healthcare organizations
