Community Health Charities of Kentucky is a federation of Kentucky's premier health organizations (i.e. Alzheimer's, Diabetes, Susan G Komen, MS, just to name a few)that have joined together to raise charitable contributions in workplace giving campaigns. Donations are used to support the member charities and provide research, patient services and outreach in local communities. Employees designate the member charity or charities that they want their donations to benefit, and that's where their donation goes.
Also, Community Health Charities of Kentucky coordinates customized health education, prevention services and volunteer opportunities free for businesses and organizations participating in our charitable giving program. This program is called Health Matters at Work offers an entirely new model of integrated learning + giving programs that promote wellness for both employees and communities.
