Description
CHCB is a non profit health and human service organization. Our mission is to provide access to primary care, mental health and substance abuse counseling and dental services to people who are low income, uninsured and homeless. We provide two no cost medical clinics in Vermont's largest city for homeless men, women, children and at risk youth. Each year, over 13,000 Vermonters will seek care with CHCB.
