Community Health Care, Inc. (CHCI) is a non-profit, 501 C 3 agency providing medical, dental, podiatric and other specialty primary health care services, as well as after-school medical and social servcies. We serve the New Jersey largely rural counties of Cumberland, Glouscester and Cape May.
CHCI reaches out to the medically underserved or uninsured populations, especially migrant farm workers and economically disadvantaged individuals and families, providing high quality health care.
A non-profit, we depend upon charitable donations to fund health education, outreach and the ever increasing demands for improvements in technology and communications equipment.
