Description
The primary mission of Community Family Guidance Center is to address the mental health needs of children and their caretakers through a comprehensive outpatient counseling and community education program. A key component of the Center's philosophy is that services be affordable, culturally and linguistically appropriate and directed towards the high risk, low income, under-served population in the community. The agency's goals are to alleviate the trauma of child abuse and mental illness, promote primary prevention skills, and encourage the development of health family relationships.
