The Community Education Fondation is a non-profit organization that supports the Council Bluffs Iowa Community School District. STARS Adult Reentry Scholarship, Gear Up Students needy student fund, CB Alumni Association, Teacher Classroom Grants, & Kids & Company before & after school childcare program are just a few of the Foundation's ventures.
