Description
The Community Education Alliance of West Philadelphia runs two schools in West Philadelphia - the Belmont Charter School (grades 1-8) and the Belmont Academy (preK-K). We serve as the only local public elementary school for students living in our catchment area, and our mission is to promote the academic, social, and emotional success of each child by working closely with our community and integrating social services into the school. Our goal is to form a replicable model that can break the urban poverty cycle.
