We make connections. Connecting non-profits to each other (coalitions) and people to the services they need (Texas 2-1-1). We provide aging services to clients over 60 years of age(case coordination, home delivered meals) preventative services to children (immunization outreach,CHIP enrollment) and Juvenile delinquency prevention.
