Description

Mission: To enable people in the upper Northwest area of the District of Columbia who are, or have been, at risk of homelessness to rebuild their lives with the involvement of the community.

CCHFP provides outreach, hospitality, health care, supportive services, shelters, and permanent housing to our less fortunate neighbors. We served 486 people in 2006.
