As a non-profit Food Bankthe CommunityAction Partnership of San Bernardino County (CAPSBC) operates the San Bernardino County Food Bank. It distributes surplus food and commodities from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) to qualified low-income households on a monthly basis.
