For over 40 years the Community Action Partnership of Orange County has worked towards enhancing the quality of life in Orange County by eliminating and preventing the causes and effects of poverty.
The Partnership brings together both privaCommunity Action Partnership of Orange Countyte and public resources to solve community problems and improve communities by bringing hope and services to the poor. The Partnership provides a variety of emergency services and capacity building programs that enable the poor to meet basic needs and develop the knowledge and skills to move out of poverty. The Partnership believes that poverty in all its forms and manifestations is degrading to the individual and represents a clear threat to the continued health and prosperity of our nation.
