Communities That Care of Lorain County is a drug free community that focuses on collaboration and partners to ultimately reduce underage alcohol, tobacco, marijuana and other substance abuse. Founded in 2003, CTC works with schools, law enforcement, parents, faith-based entities, service providers, youth and others to with the goal of a Drug Free Lorain County
