Description

The mission of CIS-SA is to connect schools with community resources in order to help young people successfully learn, stay in school and prepare for life. CIS-SA staff members work full-time on the elementary, middle, and high school campuses where CIS-SA is located. CIS-SA provides the following services: Counseling & Supportive Guidance, Health & Social Service Referrals, Educational Enhancement, Parent & Family Involvement, Enrichment Activities, and Career Awareness. CIS-SA builds partnerships with volunteers, businesses, organizations, colleges and community leaders to create and implement effective prevention and intervention programs. CIS-SA collaborates with over 100 government and social service agencies to meet the needs of children in a manner that is cost-efficent, responsive and coordinated.
