Communities In Schools of Federal Way works to connect needed
community resources with schools to
help young people successfully learn,
stay in school and prepare for life. Our mission is to enrich our community through
initiatives that empower all students to achieve academic success, thus providing a
foundation for them to realize their full potential, dreams, and aspirations. We do this through our Personal Academic Student Support (PASS) Mentoring Program. Through this program, mentors meet with students once a week at schools to develop a one-on-one caring relationship, and provide support and guidance.
