Description
The long term care facility is a 108 bed non-profit facility located in Indiana, PA. the facility provides services to seniors for rehabilitative short term care (less that 90 days, designated Alzheimer's/Dementia unit to serve 28 individuals with care through the first two stages of the disease and provides long term care services to those who cannot return to personal care or indepentend living. We house four independent living units, as well.
The facility is also utilized by various educational institutions in our area as a clinical site. This includes nurses, nurse assistants, dietition students, and psychology students.
